Ingredients

  • 12 cupcake cases
  • 200g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 200g sugar
  • 200g flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 sheets filo pastry

Instructions

  1. 1 Make vanilla cupcakes
  2. 2 Bake 20 mins
  3. 3 Mix nuts and cinnamon for topping
  4. 4 Layer filo triangles on top
  5. 5 Drizzle with honey syrup
