Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. 2 Mix oats, milk, maple syrup and egg
  3. 3 Pour into baking dish
  4. 4 Top with crushed pistachios and honey
  5. 5 Bake 25–30 mins until golden
